You have to throw away all of those sweet foods and change those foods with whole grains, many kinds of fruits, and vegetables. Other than that, you also have to change your way of eating.

Otherwise, you can add some slice of fruits that you like. Honey and fruits are containing the natural sugars that will not worsen the condition of your current diabetes. For an additional, you can start to consume the brown rice instead of your current rice.

After you understand what you have to eat, then you also have to understand when you have to eat them. The person who has the diabetes is recommended to change their eating pattern; the pattern here means when they have to consume what. Make sure you eat three times a day, in the morning, in the afternoon, and at night. When you are getting hungry between those times, you can eat some fruits. If you do not sure what kind of fruits to eat, then just choose a colorful fruits, since they have a lot of nutrients.
